Naming, Brand concept, Brand Identity and Pattern design for Britannica Brasserie. Inspired by travel inspirations through Britannica Encyclopaedia, a general knowledge English-language encyclopaedia that was printed for the longest time. Building from the rich knowledge of more than 4,000 contributors from around the globe.
The red colour of Britannica Brasserie inspired from the unique Britannica Encyclopaedia leather cover. With the cabinet of curiosity concept that represent the journey of experience, moment of delightful and connection of cultures which the way of menu creation.
In co-ordination with interior designer, Atelier of Imaginarists (AIM), the concept and graphic elements transformed to materials, decorations and floor tile. Moreover, the way every menu served; plate, silverware, glass, every single part of user journey is to go with the design concept.
For this project, my role is Creative Project Coordinator who has researched, arranged content, created naming, presentation flow, brand concept, material and decorations guideline, and copywriting for the brand book as a part of ROM DESIGN team. The team including 3 people, Rom Sangkavatana as a managing director, Pavarun Wanitpatpong as a creative project coordinator and Siwa Pakwiman as a graphic designer and art director.
